Recipe: Greek Buddha Bowl

Buddha bowls, or ‘hippy bowls’ as they are commonly known, are hearty, filling dishes made of delicious vegetables and whole-wheat grains. The Buddha bowl trend has grown exponentially since 2016, with chefs, celebrities and food enthusiasts across the globe each sharing their renditions of it.
While Buddha bowls vary from dish to dish – the formula remains the same. Not only are they jam-packed with rich nutrients and vitamins that aid weight loss and overall well-being, but are also a great way to use up any leftover produce.
